Returns Policy

  1. If you are not entirely happy you can Return an item within 10 days
  2. Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained and footwear in its original box.

We do not allow returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Products purchased on sale i.e. during a promotional sale period or on markdown
  • Products not received in their original condition
  • Products without their tags attached
  • Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant, body odor or tan
  • Products that are marked or damaged in any way
  1. You will need to send us an email to m.King@avessa.com.au informing about the issue and why you wish to return/exchange the Product, attach photos, you will also need to cover the cost of return postage if any. (We will approve the exchange/refund in 3-5 Business Days)
  2. We only accept Returns of Accessories including bags if there are any defects


Once we receive your item, we will inspect to see if it is in its original condition, and notify you the outcome of your Return.

If your return is approved, we will provide a refund to your credit card (or using the payment method you paid us). Allow 5-10 Business days for it to appear on your statement.
